River Island

Redefining the face of youth fashion through a program of emerging designer collaborations.

Spanning four years, the River Island Design Forum in partnership with the British Fashion Council gave emerging designers, filmmakers and models a platform to showcase creative excellence and artistic vision.

A total of nine films were commissioned to support designers including Baartman & Siegal, Tom Lipop and Lou Dalton across both mens and womenswear collections showcased at London Fashion Week. Each film launch was accompanied by an immersive experience showcasing the film - from a full VR reveal created by Spanish directing duo Dvein to a dystopian cyberpunk installation with Christopher Shannon.

This talent incubator program spawned and nurtured directors who have since gone on to work with global brands including Prada (Ryan Hope), Nike (Aoife McArdle) and Cartier (Alex Turvey).
