Nuit D’Issey
To launch a new after dark fragrance for men, Issey Miyake channelled the energy of nature and the power of the lunar cycle to evoke the notes that comprise the sensory experience of Nuit D’Issey.
Filming and photography involved an underwater shoot in London in parallel with motion control environmental shots using landscape miniatures. Post production amplified the scale with transitional effects and enabled the closing beauty shot of the pack to be seamlessly incorporated.
The campaign was launched with a global media buy across TV and print.
L'Eau d'Issey
To reimagine the identity of the classic house fragrance, Issey Miyake commissioned a conceptual print and TV campaign evoking the movement and harmony of water with its ritualistic power to suggest cleansing and rebirth.
Shot on location in Prague using in-camera techniques with a waterfall set build and submerged runway for the Issey man to emerge from the breach in the rock face.
